Tender For Work Of Repair Of Various Size Leakage At Junior Engineer Section- -Geejgarh Under Sub. Dn. Sikrai - 1 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe lineup to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 2 In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 3 50/63/75mm 4 80/90mm 5 100/110mm 6 125/140mm 7 150/160/180mm 8 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. (Required material such as lead wool, white hump, plugs, clamps etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) 16 In all type Soil 17 50/63/75mm 18 80/90mm 19 100/110mm 20 125/140mm 21 150/160/180mm 22 Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) 23 In all type Soil 24 80 mm 25 100 mm 26 125 mm 27 150 mm 28 200 mm 29 Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and otherby manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/uPVC pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. 30 In all type Soil 31 75 mm 32 90/80 mm 33 110/100 mm 34 Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and otherby manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. 35 In all type Soil 36 80 mm 37 100 mm 38 Disconnection of water connection from existing pipe line in all type of soils up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work, with cutting of service line and refixing of clamp revolving it 180 degree refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour. 39 Removal of sluice valve in existing pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 40 In all type Soil 41 80 mm dia pipe to 100mm 42 125 mm dia pipe to 150mm 43 Work of Inter Connection in AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). 44 In all type Soil 45 80 mm to 110 mm 46 125 mm to 165 mm 47 Work of Inter Connection in CI/DI/MS pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). 48 In all type Soil 49 80 mm to 100 mm 50 125 mm to 150 mm 51 Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers 52 Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours 53 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
