Providing steel pipe scaffolding at Fly Ash Silo includingcost of all materials, consumables and T&P’s

Drilling and fixing of metal nozzle with necessary tools for PU grouting including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc, complete including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

PU-Injection grouting with labour and material cost. Supply and application charges for leakage treatment using 1) Injection of TAMPUR 117 non hydrophobic two component injection resin to arrest the voids present in inner circumferenceof concrete, including all materials, manpower, tools and tackles packer, cleaning of wall joint area etc, 2) Followed by injection of Tampur 130 single component hydrophobic resin to fill the outer voids present in the concrete surface. The quantity shall be measured and paid as per actual consumption quantity at site. 3) Epoxy injection grouting of cracks in heavily damaged areas by electrical injection grouting machine to strengthen the concrete including cost of epoxy grout, labour, lead, lift etc.,

Injection grouting at micro hairline cracks- supply and application charges for leakage arresting using ULTRA LOW VISCOSITY MYDRPHILIC TWO COMPONENT injection of resin TAMACRYL 2000 at micro hairline cracks present in the concrete surface including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and applying new generation one component low modules polyurethane sealant on joints of metal sheets. The metal surface shall be grinded using hand grinder or by wire brush with emery sandpaper, Make the surface dry & clean by removal of oil, dirt, grease and free from any bituminous residue. Apply Bostik SEAL’NFLEX ONE PLUS P590 on the well-prepared surface primed with Bostik Flash band self adhesive flashing tapeof 100mm width which bonds instantly to provide watertight seal in all climates, easily applied using hand pressure & a seam roller including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent water proofing compound as per manufactures specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously specified including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
