RCC Floor above murrum base of 5cm thickness.Three platforms should be raised above floor for germination beds with following specifications:• Inner Dimension of germination beds– ▪ Middle bed 7x1x0.20 meter (length x width x depth) ▪ Beds on sides 8x1x0.20 meter (length x width x depth)• Base of germination beds should be of RCC.• Germination beds should be raised on RCC Columns of required numbers.• Height of Platforms not be less than 1 meter• Installation of tiles should be done on the inner and outer walls and top walls of the germination platforms and also on the columns on which ths germination beds are raised.• All walls and columns shoul be plastered with 12mm thickness cement plaster. Structure Frame :• All galvanized iron should be used design as per IS875 standards to withstand wind speed 120 km/h. Complete pre machined structure and cladding with polycarbonate sheet 6 mm thick multiwall UV stabilized material:• All structures, rafters, purlins, trusses should be hot galvanized without welding. All main parts should be hot galvanized.• Galvanized pipes of the structure should be fixed into the RCC columns of the structure with the help of fasteners and RCC. GI Columns pipes should be of thickness 4x4 inch. Base of the arch above column pipes should be made with 4x4 inch GI pipes. • The galvanized iron used in frame should be of major brand. Steel used in RCC should be ofmajor brand.• Door should be fixed for entry in mist chamber Made with aluminum frame and fixed with 6mm polycarbonate sheet.Fixing of UV stabilized Polycarbonate sheet: Polycarbonate sheet of 6 mm thickness should be fixed on GI pipes with heavy duty aluminum profile on both sides.Fogging System :• Hanging fogging system with heavy duty water pump with fourway fogger(22lph), sand filter, screen filter and pressure meter to raise Relative Humidity. upto 90%.• Water pump for fogging system should be 3HP and of major brand• All fogging system parts should be of major brand• Screen filter and sand filter should be of major brandClimate Control System :• Two heavy duty exhaust fans of 54 inch outer diameter should be fixed• Electronic climate control system which can monitor and control temperature and humidity. It should maintain chamber climate by contolling chamber equipments like cooling fan, foggers etc. It should have manual and automatic working options. One should be able to set required humidity and temperature with help of control pannel fitted with LCD screen.• Electronic climate control system should control two exhaust fans, fogging system and cooling system with input from temperature and humidity sensor.
