Centrifuging of T/F Oil of 20 MVA T/F, Overhauling of Marshalling box at 132 KV S/S Mariyahu under ETD, Jaunpur - Centrifuging of complete T/F oil of 20 MVA T/F in T/F main tank by connecting centrifuging machine and taking the BDV & IR value of the oil periodically till the requiredvalue is achieved as per direction of Engineer incharge. The work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil, testing of oil (BDV, Water content). 2 Collection testing & analysis of above 20 MVA T/F oil as per IS:1866 & IS:10953. 3 Break down voltage (BDV) 4 Water content (PPM) 5 Dielectric Dissipation factor (Tan Delta) 6 Dissolved Gas Analysis (107 gases) Methance, Ethylene, Ethane, Acetylete, Hydrogen, Carboln, Mono oxide & Carbon Dioxide. 7 Sample collection charge including sampling cotainer & transpotation ofsample safely from 132 KV S/S Mariyahu to laboratory. 8 Repairing and rectification of Transformer marshalling box of cooling fan control circuit the including work of tracing cable from marshalling box to fan and replacement of damage cable (Provided by department if required) replacement/repair of damaged terminal block/channel/4squr. mm. cu. wire along with ferrule and lug (Provided by contractor) in marshalling and referruling of control cable in marshalling box and cleaning of marshalling box with the help of cotton cloths good quality brush and CTC closing of all unwanted hole by metal strip along with tightening of all connections provided in these boxes and replacement of good quality rubber bid as per requirement of running length with cost of rubber bid, repairing & replacement marshalling boxdoor glass, door lock so that door will properly open & closed with all cost of consumables.
