Tender For P/O Trees & Shurbs One Side Of Nala From Plot No. F-3 And Shamshan Ghat Sector 32, With Two Year Maintenance For Yeida - Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15cm to 25cm and watering the same . 3 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. 4 Fine dressing of the ground. 5 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ration of 2:1 by volume ( part of stacked volume of earth afte reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8% ) follding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 6 Holes 60cm dia, and 60cm deep 7 Holes 45cm dia and 45cm deep 8 Supplying of chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C for anti termite treatment of plants @ 2ml./plant and in the interval 1 month up to one year i.e, 12 times in a year hence it comes 24ml/plant or 0.024ltr/plant. 9 Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including roylty and carriagge up to 5km lead complete. ( Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 10 Boring of tubewell with: Supplying assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818 , including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer in charge. 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m 2.8.1 all kinds of soil 12 Providing laying, jointing and testing of PVC(Finolex make ring fit) of following dia 6kh/cm2 including all specials & fittings etc. as required for proper completion of work (The contractor has to arrange the source of water and require head for testing). (Ar/YEIDA). 13 Providing and fixing of hydrant with gate valve and all the fittings etc. complete. 32mm dia 14 Supply & planting of plants common varieties as required by engineering incharge in 5 kg poly bags or Earthen pots ( Not below than 8-10 ) well branched and fully foliage branching dia 0.75 to 1.00mtr. Free from disease at site i/c stacking with bamboos(Ashok, Amaltash, Chakresia, or as direction by E/I etc. 15 Supply & planting of shrubs plants height 2-2.5 feet as required by engineering incharge in 6x8 polythene bags or earthen pot fully foliage and well branched free from disease. Shrubs ( chandni ir as direction by E/I Etc.) 16 Complete maintenanceof trees in green belt(Out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering , weeding pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T& P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor ) and as per diection of officer in charge. Complete maintenance in green belt (out side garden ) 17 trees( up to 4 & up to 3 years slow Fast growing group) 18 Complete maintenanceof shrubsin green belt(Out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering , weeding pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T& P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor ) and as per diection of officer in charge. 19 Shurbs on Green belt 20 Providing and watering for irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work . Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer in charge.(Rate analysed as per DSR-18 on actual observation ) 21 trees( beyond 5-8& 6-8 years slow Fast growing group) Pocket ABC= 5436 nos Pocket Q to M and R 45m road= 2979 22 Shurbs on RSP and central verge Pocket ABC= 5436 nosPocket Q to M and R 45m road= 6951 23 Cleaing of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations grass push wood trees and sampings of girth up to 30cm measured ata height of 1M above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m out side the periphery of area cleared.
