Tender For special repair To Nuagada To Keradango For The Year 2024-25-- 1 Clearing grass and shrub jungle and uprooting stumps and small bushes and tree below 0.3M(1’-0”) girth on premeasurement removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P, Cess, articles required for the work etc. complete and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam IRC Grade-III (53mm to 22.4mm) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming with stone crusher dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoRD by manual means including all labour,T&P and cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Providing & applying tack coat with BitumenEmulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 2 Kg per 10 Sqm on the bituminous surface and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Providing & applying tack coat with BitumenEmulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 4 Kg per 10 Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips for 10sqm on road surface using 14.60 Kg. penetration grade of bitumen (60/70) for 10 Sqm over the prepared surface including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles and also including cost conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, with cost of all labour charges & Cess etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 6 Providing and laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat type ‘B’ using 0.06 cum of 6.7 MMsize h.b.g. chips and down graded as per sieve analysis per 10 Sqmand 6.8 Kg ofbitumen(60/70) for 10 sqm on the road surface area & rolling with PRRincluding hire and running charges of PRR and all othermachineries, cost, conveyance & royality,DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges,of 6mm size hard black granite chips with all labour, T&P and Cess required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royalityDMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royalityand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
