Tender For Nh-42 To Handapa-- 1 Clearing and grubbibg of road land including uprooting vegetation grass,bush,shrubs and trees of girth upto 300mm including all cost ,labour,T&P etc. complete including 1% Cess and as per the Specification and Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pav etc. complete including 1% Cess and as per the Specification and Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 3 Providing applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 etc. complete including 1% Cess and as per the Specification and Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete including 1% Cess and as per the Specification and Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 5 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen in addition of waste Plastic of above 10% by weight of B etc. complete including 1% Cess and as per the Specification and Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 6 Construction of embankment with approaved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 etc. complete including 1% Cess and as per the Specification and Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
