    Tender For Defect Rectification Of Icgs C-150 => Limited; 1 H-37: Ship’s vinyl flooring perished and peeled off at numerous places. Vinyl flooring to be renewed. Total area encompasses 50 sq Mtrs approx. Specification is as follows:- (a) Total thickness-3.2 mm(b) Total weight- 2.6 Kg/msq(c) Fire proof – BF-S19(EN13501-1)(d) Anti chemical performance-EN13501-1)(e) Anti Slip performance-(EN 423)(f) Electrical performance<2KV(g) Bacterial Resistance (EN ISO 846:1999) 2 H-38: Stanchion securing chain rusted/damaged. To be renewed alongwith ‘D’ shackle as per sample. (Mat-SS, Length-15 Mtrs) 3 H-39: Ship’s water scooter cradle is deteriorated due to fair wear and rear. The deterioration encompasses rusted joints and supporting pads. The work includes renewal of rusted parts & supporting pads through welding and replacement respectively. Mat: MS, Length: 1.5 Mtr 4 L-28: 01 Engine room blower motor not working in slow & reverse position, suspect contractor with relay and rewinding of reversing mechanism worn out. Work encompasses removal/ refitment of motor and blower, external safety guard and winding of reversing mechanism. Specifications: E/R blower, 415V,7.5/5.5KW, 1PH.
