Tender For Repair Of R.R.Road Dispensary In Beat No. 218 In D Ward. - Providing anti-termite treatment around the periphery of the existing building conforming to IS-6313 (part III) by excavating trenches of 20cm width and exposing the sides of the columns, plinth beams and wall upto a depth of 300mm, rodding for the holes of 300mm deepand at 150m c/c in the trenches, treating with chloropyrifos EC 20 Emulsion or equivalent of 1% concentration by weight at the total rate of 2.25 Litters per meter including backfilling the trenches etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge covering 2 years guaranty. 2 Gently cleaning the surface of stone masonry and piers with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray fine mist along the stone surface without over wetting followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc.as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove the surfce dirt, grit accretions by means of water misting and cleaning etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.(Therate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except Scaffolding). 3 P&E 2 legged metal tubular scaffolding (cup lock type) of width1.2-1.5m largely free standing using H frames of tubular pipes of min 40mm dia with base plates fixed/ adjustable with necessary clamps, coulders, brackets for projections, joint pins, pulleys and other accessories including steel angle/tub. pipe brac at adequate intervals, access pf of metal/timber planks of span not exceed 1.5m c/c, horz & vert tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes/challis/clamps and staircase syst in the scaffolding for working pf etc. including access ladders with intermidiate pf. the scaff. to be suitably braced and anchor to the bldg using support syst created opening in walls using vert and horz adjustable the exterior side of bldg stru upto 25m ht, above GL. Rate incl prov of HD plastic sheets to protect arch details on the entire bldg face a nylon net to prevent all falling dbris and safety pf at GL covering the walkways etc. comp. (The ele area of scaff shall be meas for payment.) 4 Applying two or more coat of Ethyl Silicate chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with brush or spray on the existing stone masonry surface till there is no further absorption of chemical by stone surface, including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight by suitable means during application, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding) 5 Providing and applying antifungal wash treatment using 3% solution of sodium penta-chlorophenate, of reputed brand and manufacturer, on cleaned sand stone surface at desired locations as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding). 6 Providing and applying hydraulic lime putty of consistency as directed by the Architect with 5 percent silica fumes and 10 percent brick dust under pressure through pvc nozzles (not exceeding 3 Kg/Sqm). Caulking of cracks to be done with hydraulic lime mortar (1:3) atleast three days before grouting. Lime Grouting to be done from bottom upwards till the cavity gets filled completely. (For cracks not exceeding 5 mm width) 7 Application of water, oil and dirt repellent, breathable, low VOC acrylic emulsion in aqueous phase based Protectguard TC of Killickguard or equivalent with brush on Lime Plaster (clear) in two coats. Applications to be done strictly as per manufacturers specification. 8 Removal of plant/ficus growth by pulling out root system embedded in masonry, cutting stem and application of hing/gur/lime formulation as specified by the Architect or other patented chemical biocide treatment such as biocide/glycel etc. Having Girth less than 20 cm 9 Providing lime plaster 30mm thick in two coats having a backing coat of 20 mm thick in 1:3 (one lime: 3 surkhi) with recron fiber and finishing coat of 10 mm thk in 1:2 lime mortar (1 Lime:2 Quartzs and) for internal plastering including mixing approved adhesive such as guggal, jaggery etc. and applying to concrete/brick/stone masonry surface in all positions and finishing the surface even and smooth with lime pluging in 1:1 and curing etc. Complete. 10 Raking out cement or lime pointing or any other hard material used and repointing to walls externally and internally in lime mortar 1:3 (1 lime, 3 sand, mix to be approved byconsultants before application) & filling in any holes/damage area of stone that may have to be filled in lime mortar. The cost to include preparation of batches of sample upto 20 samples of colour matched lime mortar for approval by Architect. The contractor to ensure use of making tape and sharp specialzed spatula & tools to ensure clear line and high level of workmanship on site. 11 Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint/flat oil paint of an approved make and colour as per manufacturers specifications to the metalpurlins not more the 150mm in height, at all height and locations as directed including removing the existing paint by burning, cleaning, preparing the surface for painting etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 P/F, detailing, fabricating built up sections at desired location using MS Plates of grade Fe250 as per specifications & approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared by Contractor & got approved from Engineer), erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection & fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, & all necessary operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding & removing the welding burr & preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning & applying 2 coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each & 2 coats of EpoxyCorrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as directed by Engr. Oval Wash Basin Model No.10051 OR consider equivalent make.) 21 Fixing water meter and stop cock in G.I. pipe line including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (cost of water meter and stop cock to be paid separately).- 20 mm nominal bore 22 Providing and fixing 100 mm sand cast Iron grating for Nahani/Floor trap. 23 Providing and fixing in position uPVC/SWR (Soil/Waste/Rain) pipe of type-B 110 mm dia. in any position including all fittings and accessories, making joints / connections water tight with solvent cement, scaffolding if necessary and making good the damages if any (excluding excavation and refilling the trenches) etc. complete as specified and directed.(All fittings and accessories like clamps,etc. should be of same brand.
