Tender For In Saharanpur District Work Is Being Done To Renovate The Small Bridge Connecting Baba Lal Dasjis Enclosure To The Other Side Of The Pahau Dhoi River Along With General Repairs On The Access Road. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing & applying tack coat with V.G.-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Latest Specification. 4 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with V.G.-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Latest specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 5 Renewing patries 1.5 meterewide including dressing surface filling upto 8cm (3) depth and making namunas, at every 15 metre apart on either side of the road true to patri template with side slopes of 1:2 etc. trenches for taking the earth to be so dug that they form a continuous side drain at road boundary.
