    Salvaging, Edge Preparation And Welding Of Old Hot Collector End Cap And Manifold Segment Of Hydrogen Reformer (205-F-02) At Cpcl , Repair / Refurbishment Of 10 Inch Hot Collector End Cap And Sub Header Manifold , Charges For Cutting, Repair And Welding Of 10 Inch Hot Collector End Cap And Manifold Segment Of Old Sub Header Of A&B, C&D And E&F Hot Collector - Scope Of Work Includes Plasma Cutting Of Hot Collector - End Cap And Hot Collector Manifold, Grinding, Buttering The End Joints Of Cap And Hot Collector Manifold, J Groove Preparation At End Cap And Manifold, Edge Preparation Of Hot Collector Sub Header Manifold And End Cap By Bevelling Through Macining / Grinding, Liquid Penetrant Test, Inspection Clearance, Erection, Fit-Up, Root Welding, Dpt, Welding Including Mobilisation Of Plasma Cutting Machine, Highly Skilled Inconel Welders, Fitters, Helpers, Tools & Tackles, Welding Consumables To Carryout The Jobs At Repair Locations. Job Shall Be Edge Preparation On Both Sides Of Hot Collector Manifold Segents - 2 Nos And End Caps - 2 Nos By Machining, Welding, Buttering, Dpt Etc And Fit-Up And Welding Of 2 Nos Of 10 Inch 25 Mm Thk Hot Collector And End Cap. The Entire Job Shall Be Executed As Per The Attached Scope Of Work And As Per The Attached Drawing No.-0Dd-00671-205-28-025, Sh-1 Of 1 In Which Replacement Portion Is Marked. Grinding, Edge Preparation, & Bevelling Of Out Let Pigtails And Welding Of Pigtails With Weldolet Of Hot Collector Shall Be Paid Separately As Per The Respective Sor. Payment For Radiography Of 10 Inch Weld Joints Hot Collector Joints Is Included In The Quoted Rates And No Separate Rates For Welder Qualifications Will Be Paid. => Limited
