Tender For Work of replacing 15 hp submersible motor pump of Pump House-1 situated in Authority Bhawan Gomti Nagar and repair of faulty pump - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressedportions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of:(i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compoundconforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of verticaland horizontal surface.(ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with waterproofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of verticaland horizontal surface.(iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area.(iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm) As per CPWD SI No. 22.3 2 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete As per CPWD SI No. 13.88 3 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.CPWD SI No. 13.80 4 Supply and shrounding of pea greavl 5 Making chemical treatment of T/W by sodium try poly phosphate/sodium hexa meta phosphate solution 6 Installation of pumping plant for the redevelopment work 7 Fabrication of M.S Nipple special for redevelopment work. 8 Supply of 150 mm dia M.S column pipe classed 5.4 mm thick heavy duty with both end langed with arrangement of supporting and nut bolt of required size.
