Tender For Special repair work of Premnagar connecting road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 2 Tack Coat (i) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.Clause 503. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness compesed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in aSuitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Type C seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Mord (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 4 Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Mord (Type-C) (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 5 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 6 Construction of un-reinforced and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thicknesh as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per clause 1501.22 M-30Grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.20cum capacity and aproctimat weight batcher using approved mis design laid in approved fixed etc form work (Steel, channel laying & fixing fo 125 micron thick polythin film wedge steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing)speading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted, using niddle sceed and plate vibrators and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction joints applying primers sealent and construction joint admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabe for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
