Purchaser Should See The Lot Personally In Regard To Location, Loading And Content. No Claim Will Be Entertained After The Sale Of Lot. D. In Case Of Excess Quantity Entire Quantity To Be Lifted By The Purchaser. E. Quantity Assessed On Approximate Basis And Delivery Is To Be Given On Actual Weighment Basis At Nearest Govt. Approved Weight Bridge. F. In Case Of Excess Quantity Entire Quantity To Be Lifted By The Purchaser By Payment For Difference Of Actual Quantity Delivered With Lot Quantity. G. Delivery Involves Lifting Of Materials Manually Up To 15 Meters And Crossing Of Two Lines. Hydra Loading Not Allowed Since Ohe Running Lines And Movement Of Goods Rake For Examination/Dispatch. H. The Weight And Content Mentioned Are Nearly Indicative. Weight Of Assets Has Been Approximated And As Given By Stockholder And Mentioned In Ds-8 Note. I. Dismantling/Cutting Will Be Allowed At The Time Of Delivery Only. J. One Trolley Is In Dismantled Condition. K. Purchaser Has To Ensure Safety Of Railway Materials And His Labors. L. Any Other Items Not Included In The Lot Are Not To Be Delivered. M. Loose Items Other Than Lot Available At Site Should Not Be Delivered. N. Lot No Is Painted On The Lot. O. The Stockholder Is Fully Responsible For Any Addition, Deletion, Alteration And Variation In The Lot After Joint Lot Inspection. P. Lot Is Ok For Sale On Above Observations.
