Repair and Maintenance of Switch yard Cable trench,Pathway,equipment foundation and Control Room Buildingat Beraberia 33/11KV Sub-Station ,Dist Purba MedinipurMedinipur”-Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils with a lead of 75 mtr as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches leveling dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. 2 Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm. 3 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment will be made on basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). 4 With earth obtained from excavation of foundation. 5 Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150mm. as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. ( Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity.) 6 Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150 gm / sq.m) over damp proof course or below flooring or roofterracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches. 7 Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including removing & dressing bed to proper level & filling joints with powered earth or local sand. 8 Cement concrete with graded stone balast (40mm.size) excluding shuttering (6:3:1) proportion in ground floor and foundation. 9 Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, If any, in ground floor. as per relevant IS codes. 10 (a) Pakur Variety. 11 Ordinary cement concrete (Mix-3:1.5:1) M-20 with graded stone chips (20mm down) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor. 12 (With Pakur/ Chandil Variety). 13 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4mtr.using stout props and thick hard wood planks of 25 to 30mm. Flats and bas for windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. 21 i) Grill weighing above 10 kg/ sq.mtr. and upto 16 kg./sq.mtr. 22 Supplying 1.5 mm. thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150 mm. apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials. 23 Supplying, fitting and fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated grills conforming to I.S. - 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel sections conforming to I.S.7452-1974 with non-friction projecting type, box type hinges, glazing, clips, lugs, locking bracket, handle plate etc., including hoisting in position, straightening if required, fixing lugs in cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips 20 mm. down cutting holes and mending good damages to match with existing surface complete in all respect excluding glazing. 24 (a) Fixed type steel windows as per I.S. sizes with horizontal glazing bars. 25 (b) Openable steel windows as per I.S. sizes with side hung shutters and horizontal glazing bars with / without fixed type ventilators [The extra rate admissible for the openable portion only.] 26 (v) Two point nose aluminium handle including fitting and fixing 27 (vii) Aluminium peg stay 300 mm. long including fitting and fixing 28 (viii) M.S. integrated grill as per approved design integrated with steel window or ventilator, joints continuously welded with M.S. flats and bars. 29 Supplying best Indian glass panes set in putty, fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete in all floors, 4mm.
