    Tender For request for proposal for selection of a consultant for implementing QMS in KSITM- 1 Evaluating existing systems, discussion with Top Management, Core Committee & other Officials for identifying lapses and gaps, giving guidelines for evolving documents for Quality Management System (QMS) and initiating activities 2 Preparing QMS Documentation, considering Scope of QMS for Certification, including Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Documented Procedures, Process Flow Charts, Formats, Templates, etc. 3 Training on Internal Quality Audit (IQA), based on ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standard for employees in KSITM 4 Guidance for implementation of documented QMS including preparation of required formats, templates etc., reviews, maintaining and retaining documented information. 5 Guidance for conducting Internal Quality Audits, Reviews and evaluation of implemented QMS. Requisite number of internal auditors to be identified and trained 6 Guidance and assistance in identifying root cause for non-conformities raised during internal and external certification body audits and closing them effectively 7 Supporting KSITM during the time period leading-in to the certification audit, after successful completion of internal audits by way of assistance in choosing appropriate certification authority/ agency. 8 Subsequent visits, after getting initial Certification for assistance and guidance in maintaining the QMS
