Construction Of Car Parking Space In Type Ii Area; 1 Carriage of Materials 2 By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking 3 Lime, moorum, building rubbish Lead - 2 4 Earth Lead - 2 5 EARTH WORK 6 Earth work in surface excavationnot exceeding 30 cm in depthbut exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lif upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: 7 All kinds of soil 8 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 9 All kinds of soil. 10 Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: 11 All kinds of soil 12 Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia 13 Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 14 All kinds of soil 15 CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) 16 Providingandlayinginpositioncementconcreteof specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 17 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 18 REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 19 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 20 Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls 21 Under 20 cm wide 22 MASONRY WORK 23 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 26 FLOORING 27 Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete. 28 Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. 29 ROOFING 30 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticisedRigidPVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 31 110 mm diameter 32 FINISHING 33 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 34 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) 35 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: 36 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 37 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 38 Two or more coats on new work 39 Dismantling and Demolishing 40 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 41 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix) 42 Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) 43 Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): 44 From brick work in cement mortar 45 Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of: 46 T’ or ‘L’ iron or pipe 47 Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead. 48 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 49 ROAD WORK 50 Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. 51 With G.I. barbed wire 52 Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete. 53 Providingandlaying 60mmthickfaciorymadecementconcrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 54 Providing & fixingtemporary barricading all round the construction area, made with 24 GaugeG.I. sheet ofsize 0.90 m ( before corrugation ) x 3.00 m, with vertical ballies and two no. horizontal ballies of 75 mm to 100 mm dia & height upto 2.00 m from ground levelincuding necessary excavation in digging holes and refilling earth complete. Andbarricade shall be braced with inclined ballies at every 10 m. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note : One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work ). 55 DRAINAGE 56 Providing, laying and jointing glazed stoneware pipes class SP-1 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:1 (1 cement : 1 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 57 150 mm diameter 58 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all-round S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design : 59 150 mm diameter S.W. pipe 60 Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber 50x45x60 cm with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including 500x450 mm pre-cast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame complete as per standard design : 61 With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 62 MINOR CIVIL MAINTENANCE WORK: 63 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 64 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.
