No. Item Description 1 Supply 2 Bolted type Double tension fitting for twin moose bundle ACSR conductor without turn buckle for 132 KV Main Bus comprising with D-Shackle socket, Ball link, Yoke Plate, D-Clip and 250 mm spacing for 120KN disc with hardware set as per technical specification. 3 Bolted type Double tension fitting for twin moose bundle ACSR conductor with turn buckle for 132 KV Main Bus comprising with D-Shackle socket, Ball link, Yoke Plate, D-Clip and 250 mm spacing for 120KN disc with hardware set as per technical specification. 4 132 KV Isolator clamp made up of LM-6 aluminium alloy suitable for double Twin conductor with HDG nuts, Bolts and washers of and as per Sample. 5 132 KV CT clamp made of LM-6 aluminium alloy suitable for Twin Moose conductor and as per Sample. 6 132 KV CB clamp made of LM-6 aluminium alloy suitable for Twin Moose conductor and as per Sample. 7 132 KV Post Insulator clamp made Up of LM-6 aluminium alloy suitable for Twin Moose conductor and as per Sample. 8 Spacer for twin moose conductor for 250mm spacing for 132 KV system complete with hot dip galvanized nut bolt & washers as per Sample. 9 Work 10 Opening of all jumpers of ACSR Moose/Zebra conductor from 132 KV main bus bar to bus isolators and Line bay . 11 Dismantling of existing 132 KV 3phase Main Bus of single ACSR Moose conductor (in 4 Sections) including de-hoisting of disc insulator strings, tension fittings, opening of all bay jumpers, opening of section isolator jumpers etc. along with shifting of conductor/materials from erection site to store of 132 KV sub station Cantt Varanasi.(1 job=one phase per sectionof bus bar) 12 Stringing of 132 KV 3 phase Main Bus of twin ACSR Moose conductor (in 4 Sections) including hoisting of disc insulator strings, tension fittings, connecting of all bay jumpers to bus bar, connecting of section isolator by twin moose conductor/Jumpering between two sections etc. along with shifting of conductor/materials(to be provided by department) from store of 132 KV sub station Cantt Varanasi to erection site(1 job=one phase per sectionof bus bar) 13 Fixing of rigid spacer clamps at an equal interval between both moose conductors of twin bus bar. 14 Fixing and tightening of moose/Zebra conductor jumpers by way of cutting, binding, clamping of conductor with suitable spacer/PG clamps from 132 KV main bus to various bus isolator, section isolator, BKR Etc.
