Dismantling steel work in single section including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per directionof the Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick MS sheet flap shutter gate with frame of 50x50x5mm MS angles & vertical brace 25x6mm MS flat and all necessary coat of approved steel primer complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Cost of MS angles, MS flat will be paid separately)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level:i). 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brickaggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix.i).Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer\"s specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer].
