    Annual Maintenance Contract For Air Conditioner Other Equipments At Census Building Riada Bhawan--1 Annual Maintenance contract of Bluestar make air-conditioning units including quarterly service (during the year) as per OEM standard checklist/guideline and attending all breakdown condition as and when required along with following scope of work- i) Repairing/replacement of defective components/ accessories such as compressor, wired/wireless remote handset, electronic expansion valve, special controller (centralised controller, group controller), Temp sensor/ pressure transducer, ODU/IDU fan Motor (induction/BLDC capacitor motor (IDU&ODU) all electrical components (i.e relay / contractor / switch / MCB / fuse / SPPR / CCH / HP & LP switch terminal connectors, wiring harness) ODU propeller fan/IDU blower wheel or cross flow fan, consumables (refrigerant, Cleaning agent Nitrogen etc.), Filter drier/stainer, NRV, solenoid valve (oil, liquid injection, unload& liquid line), ball/service valve, angle/service valve. (ii) Refrigerant gas topped up in the system as per requirement. (iii) Inspection/attending and cleaning excluding replacement of air filter, condenser coils/evaporator coil plastic parts sheet metal parts. Details of Air conditioning units installed:- a) VRF outdoor unit- (i) 16HP Capacity - 1No (ii) 12 HP Capacity - 1 No b) Verticle 2 TR- 4 Nos. c) Hi-wall split 2 TR-4 Nos d) Cassette 2TR- 2Nos
