    Design, Engineering, manufacturing, procurement of materials and bought out components, assembly at shop, testing at manufacturers works, inspection by TPIA, packing, supply of DESUPERHEATERincluding supply of all Mandatory Spares, Pre-commissioning & commissioning spares, Spares for Transportation (as per MR),for all tags, Special tools and tackles, all auxiliaries & documentation,as per the enclosed Tender standard specifications, Job specification, data sheets etc. and other codes and standards attached or referred as per Material Requisition for IOCL DIGBOIREFINERY at, ASSAM, INDIA-- 1 DESUPERHEATER consisting of Control Valve (Globe) 2 Supervision Charges, (other details as per the material requisition)Unit rate forSupervision Sevices of erection and commissioning / Performance testing & Training Chrages as per details mentioned in material requisition for quoted items as per enclosed instructions to vendor Per Diem charges upto 8 hrs on normal working days. ( BIDDERS TO QUOTEUNIT RATE FOR DIEM CHARGES ) 3 Overtime rate per hour (beyond normal 8 hours on normal working days).( BIDDERS TO QUOTE OVER TIMERATE PER HOUR ) 4 Overtime rate per hour for work on weekly off days / holidays (as applicable to Refinery Site). ( BIDDERS TO QUOTE OVER TIMERATE PER HOUR )
