Material Has Been Properly Stacked In Lot As Indicated Above. 3. This Scrap Is Other Than The Scrap Already Offered For Auction. 4. Material Can Be Moved By Road Within A Lead Of 30 Mtrs From Stacking Point. 5. Percentage Loss Has Been Estimated On The Basis Of Sample Weight. 6. All The Conditions Of Railway Board Letters Have Been Complied With. 7. Certified That The No. Wear And Tear Taken Into Account As Rails Are Offered On Sectional Weighment Basis. 8. Kuccha / Puccka Approach Road Is Available Delivery During Dry Season Only. 9. Delivery On Sectional Weighment Basis Only. 11. The Weight Has Been Assessed On Approximate Basis, Subject To Any Variation During Delivery By Actual Weighment Basis Only. 12. The Quantity Physically Available. 13.
