A) Supply Price On Fot Dispatch Point Basis B) Transportaion Charges C) Supervision Charges D) Technical Loading As Per Mr. , Bidder To Note That Technical Loading Shall Be As Per Loading Criteria Specified In The Mr (As Per Doc. No. B813-139-80-42-Lp-5020) And The Same Shall Be Considered For Evaluation. Bidder To Quote Guaranteed Power Consumption Figures As Per Annexure-A4 In Their Price Bid Only. Guaranteed Power Consumption Figures Quoted In The Unpriced Bid Or Elsewhere In The Offer Othen Than Format A12 Shall Not Be Given Any Cognizance. , Bidder To Furnish Quotation For Two Years Operation And Maintenance Spares As Per Mr Provisions In The Enlcosed Annexure-A1. Separate List Shall Be Provided By The Bidder In The Format Enclosed Herewith With Itemized Cost. Ordering Of These Spares May Be Done By The Purchaser Separately At A Later Date And Not Alongwith Main Equipment. The Price Of Two Years Operation And Maintenance Spares Shall Not Be Considered For Commercial (Price) Evaluation. , I) Bidder To Quote Per Diem Supervision Charges As Per Provisions Of The Mr In Annexure-A2. These Prices Shall Be Considered For Evaluation. Ii) Per- Diem Charges Quoted By The Bidder Shall Be In Accordance With The Terms & Conditions For Supervision Services Enclosed With The Rfq. For Groups A1 To A5, The Supervisory Cost Of 10 Man-Days (I.E., 05 ManDays For Each Pump Package) Shall Be Considered For The Purpose Of Commercial Comparison And For Group A6, The Supervisory Cost Of 6 Man- Days (I.E., 03 ManDays For Each Pump Package) Shall Be Considered For The Purpose Of Commercial Comparison. However, The Actual Payment For Supervision Services Shall Be Based On Actual Man- Days Consumed At Site. Iii) Bidder To Furnish Quotation For Overtime Rates For Supervision As Per Mr Provisions In The Enlcosed Annexure-A2. These Prices Shall Not Be Considered For Evaluation. , Bidder Shall Furnish Built-In Cif Value, If Any, Against Each Quoted Item, Giving Details Of Description Of Goods, Quantity, Rate Of Custom Duty Etc., In Attached Annexure-A3. , In Case Of Any Discrepancy In The Item Description, Quantity, Etc.
