(Civil Work) - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry. cement concrete, woodwork, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 By Mechanical means (B) Reinforced Cement Concrete 2 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 8000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 8000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305..) as per SOR Ch-25 4 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 5 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504.(Exclusive cost of G.S.B.) as per SOR Ch-25 item no.-34 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 7 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 8 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level .1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (nominal size) As per SOR Ch-8 Sl No-4.1.6 10 Brickworkwithcommonburntclay(nonmodular)bricksofclass -150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in ::Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)as per SOR Ch.
