Tender For Corelok System With All Accessories; 1. Single machine, utilizing the vacuum sealing method, should be able to be used for the following: Determination of bulk gravity of 4and 6 compacted asphalt samples (ASTM D6752 & AASHTO 1331) Determination of maximum gravity of loose asphalt samples (ASTM D6857) Determination of porosity or permeability of compacted field or laboratory samples (ASTM D7063) Determination of gravity and absorption of fine and coarse aggregates (ASTM D7370) 2. The machine should not require an empirical calibration and the results should not depend on material type or composition. 3. Machine should be supplied complete with all accessories like polymer bags (200 of each type), water tank, PC software for evaluation of results and all standard accessories. 4. Machine should be supplied with suitable computer system (RAM-Min 16 GB DDR4 or DDRS, Processor-12th Gen Intel® Core™ 17, Windows 11 Professional English, Hard drive- Min 512 GB, Monitor LED backlit LCD-active-matrix-TFT panel or anything superior to it such as OLED, monitor diagonal size- Approximately 22 inches or higher than 22 inches) installed with required softwares for smooth working of equipment. 5. It should be possible to carry out Apparent Specific Gravity, Absorption and Bulk Specific Gravity of Aggregates with the addition of optional accessories. 6. The supplier should have at least supplied a minimum of 3 Corelok system in the last 5 years to any reputed government/private organizations. Copies of PO should be attached with the technical bid. 7. Following items should also be required with the system: Corelok Bag Small Polymer Bags: Impermeable to water, Flexible to conform to core surface irregularities, Puncture-resistant, Multiple sizes to accommodate large and small samples 1 Box (100 Numbers). Corelok Bag Large Polymer Bags: Impermeable to water, Flexible to conform to core surface irregularities, Puncture-resistant, Multiple sizes to accommodate large and small samples 1 Box (100 Numbers). • Corelok Channel Bags (11 x 15) required for ASTM D 6857 Rice Test 1 Box (100 Numbers) 8. Warranty: Minimum 1 year. 9. Technical Support for at least 10 years after the supply of equipment.
