Tender For Movable Shed Foundation At Ucsl Malpe Site; Chipping & Removing RCC raft floor, to a depth of 50 mm deep, by manual/mechanical chipping machines for casting the RCC rail beam. Chipping shall be done carefully without cutting the existing reinforcement, keeping the edges of chipped area vertical/taper without feather edges. Rate shall include disposal of all debris outside UCSI. premises as directed, thorough cleaning the surface by compressed air &water jet & cleaning of reinforcement bars Providing and laying approved make bonding agent (hefare pouring of RCC over the chipped surface of RCC raft) consisting of polymer-cement in 1:1 proportion by weight or as per manufacturers specifications including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, other incidentals etc. complete. Earth work in excavation up to 0.90-meter depth by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in all kinds of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including cost and conveyance of all equipment, labour, dewatering and other incidental etc. and including disposal outside UCSI. premises, all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.. Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm downgraded broken stones including cost and conveyance of all material, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge Providing and fixing reinforcement dowel bars in existing reinforced concrete member of grade M30 using chemical (resin) anchor Systems such as HY-150 of HILTI make or FISHER or equivalent, including drilling holes of required diameter and depth, injecting the chemical by dispenser. complete as per manufacturers specifications, all tools and tackles, cost of resin, labour etc. The quantity of rebars will be payable under item No.5 below Drilling holes for Y 16 bar -Hole 22 mm dia x 180 deep min., fixing of rebars and injection of chemical resin.
