    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Polishing Of Km Al Alloys Compt Similar Category Manpower Outsourcing Services - Minimum Wage 1 Scope of Work: Polishing of Four components as per the process sheet. 2 Operation sequence: components are to be cleaned before carryout the process where ever necessary. Components are put in fixture and it is to be loaded in polishing machine. 3 The polishing pad 3M Birla/cloth wheel is to be used. Corresponding fixtures are also to use where ever necessary. 4 Wear the safety items like gloves, aprons, helmet etc, before commencement of polishing operation. 5 Scratches, dents on the surface of components are not acceptable. 6 Ensure the surface finish as per the master component, and follow the instructions of Engineer in-charge. 7 All the consumables will be provided by BDL 8 The proposed polishing operation is to be carried out in BDL- EP premises as on when require on rate contract basis Total Quantity :
