    Annual maintenance contract For Various Existing Electrical Items At Dj Court Campus Dist.Baran. - All in All comprehensive maintenance including servicing, replacement of fuelfilter, coolant, lubricating oil etc. of Diesel Generating set including auto mains failure (AMF) panel, change over switch, earthing etc. as per OEM guidelines and maintenance manual complete in all respect (Excluding replacement of only batteries as and when required.) All as per enclosed additional technical parameters below 125 KVA DG Set , All in All comprehensive maintenance of water cooler after including compressor, condensing/ cooling coil, water tank with inner piping including repair/repalcement of components, charging of refrigerants when ever required, celaning, servicing atc as per OEMs recommendations to meet out the efficient performance of the equipment as per enclosed List of euipment and additional technical parameters with scope of work. (Complete work) mentioned below - 150/150 Ltr. Capacity, All in All comprehensive maintenance of various type airconditioners After Defect Laibility period of Equipment including repair/replacement of compressor, condensing/cooling coil, refrigerant when ever required and periodical servicing as per OEMs recommendations to meet out the efficient performance of the equipment as per list of equipment and scope of work with terms & conditions mentioned below. 1.5/1.8/2.0 Tr Split type air conditioner
