Tender For Improvement By Interlocking At 111/98 Jal Sansthan Colony Under Ward-37 Zone-4. - Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m ,as directed by engg-in-charge:2.1.1 All kinds of soil. 2 Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providingcoarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401. 3 Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, cuvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of engg-in-charge.(Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost) 4 Providing and laying of factory made 80mm thick interlocking cement concrete tiles (30mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sandincluding the cost of material, labout T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engg-in-charge. 5 Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 6 12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 7 Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on umdacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecoarated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25Ltr/10Sqm including one coat of primer apllied @ 0.75Ltr/10Sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour T&P etc all complete. 9 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle Iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces 10 Add 18 % G.S.T.
