brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etcby booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornice etc (upto 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. 16 Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etcby booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper onwalls, pillars,cornices surface including making good uneven surface/holes with birla wall care putty coloured in same shade where ever required etc. complete all as specified and directed. 17 Preparation of old decorated brick /concrete, plastered /un-plastered surfaces of ceilings, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, oil, greasy spots , rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of white
