Tender For Periodical Services Atraiwala Mil Stn Under Age (I) Raiwala.; 1 M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by complete removal ofexisting treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint of required shade (wallmista of Berger paint or equivalant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machinecomplete all as specified and directed.Note-(i) The old/ New surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper.The cost of materials, labour and T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted.(ii)The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor.The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building.(v).The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) 4 Taking down cement plaster on brick , concrete or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of interior wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared with wall care putty in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper.The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.(ii). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building.(v).The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) 7 M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. 8 Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specied and directed.(i). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building.(iv).The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) 10 M&L preparation of old surface of ceiling plastered including cornices and pillasters etc andapplying one coat of white wash on ceilingall as specified and as directed. 11 M& L preparation of old surface of wall plastered including cornices and pillasters etc andapplying one coat of white wash on wallall as specified and as directed. 12 M&L preparation of old painted surface of wall and applying one coat ofoil bound distember all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for applying one finshing coat of cement based paint including Prepraing surface of old surface complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applyingone coat of syntheticenamel paint First quality all as specified and directed . 15 M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality all as specified and directed . 16 M &L for writing letters/Bldg Nos or figures(Block, Roman or Indian) on wall 10cm height using synthetic enamel paint white or circular /black painted,black back ground all as specified and directred. 17 Preparation Old paintedconcrete surface of any descroption surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enemelledpaintof any tint over a coat of primer including all preparation complete all as specified and directed.
