Tender For Defect Rectification Of Various Engineering Defects => Limited; 1 Defect rectification of various Engineering Defects as per RFP 2 E-647:Leakage observed frequently from Port gearbox lub oil cooler sea water outlet line due to deterioration. Same to be renewed as per sample. (Mat-CuNi,L-1.5 mtr, Dia-80 mm). Inway job includes removal of defective line and fitment of new pipeline. 3 E-655: Abnormal vibration observed from Fwd Bilge & Ballast pump view 02 in Nos. foundation frame angles deteriorated. Defectiveframe angles of foundationto be renewed as per sample and proved for satisfactory operation (Mat:-MS, Size-150x1.2x0.7 cm). In way jobs includes:- (i)Removal of suction and discharge pipeline.(ii) Removal of motor and pump from foundation.(iii)Cutting of defective frame angles.(iv)Welding of new foundation frame angles. (v) Fitment of pump with motor and system lines post renewal of foundation frame angles.(vi)Carrying out vibration analysis of pump. 4 E-656:Leakage and abnormal vibration observed from sea water motor driven pump of Stbd Gearbox. Suspect mechanical seal and bearing worn out. Defect to be rectified and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes:-(i) Removal of suction and discharge pipeline.(ii)Removal of pump from foundation.(iii) Replacement of Mechanical seal and Bearings.(iv) Fitment of pump and system lines post repair. 5 E-657: The following equipment system valves are not holding due to defective valve spindle/seat. Valves spindles to be renewed as per sample. Valves to be overhauled and pressure tested up to test pressure. In way job includes removal and fitment of valves with associated system post repair.
