    Miscellaneous Civil Work In Different Places Under Barora Area- 1 Item Description/ Heading 2 12 mm cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 3 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete. 4 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs toscratches etc. complete. 5 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceablematerial and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge 6 Cleaning and polishing of marble floor 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approvedbrand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even andsmooth complete. 8 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete. 9 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufactureon wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer 10 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content lessthan 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturers specification. Two or more coats on new work 11 Engagement of Unskilled labour 12 Carriage of materials 1 km lead 13 Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
