    Supply Of Shock Wave Therapy Unitshock Wave Therapy Unit,Shockwave Therapy Unit [ Warranty Period: 36 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] ] , Description: Comprehensive Maintenance Contract For Shockwave Therapy. Camc: Bidders T O Note That This Is A Composite Tender For Procurement Of Shockwave Therapy Camc For 04 Years Beyond 0 3 Years Warranty Period. Bidders Are Required To Quote Charges For Camc For 04 Years Post Warranty Perio D Of 03 Years. The Evaluation Of Offers Will Be Based On Total Cost Of Shockwave Therapy Net Present Valu E Of Camc Cost For 04 Years After Warranty Period. The Npv Will Be Worked Out At A Discounting Rate Of 10 %. Note: - 1. Firms To Quote Camc Charges Separately For Each Year I.E Year 1 Tab (For 4Th Year), Year 2 T Ab (For 5Th Year), Year 3 Tab (For 6Th Year), Year 4 Tab (For 7Th Year). 2. Firm Should Quote Actual Rate Of Camc In The Bid. Discounted Rate As Per Npv Will Be Generated By The Ireps System For Ranking Purpose. ( 1) The Condition Of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract After Completion Of Warranty Period Will B E As Per The Tendered Specification Which Will Be Executed By The Consignee. The Supply Contract Will Inclu De Rate Of Camc But The Actual Camc Will Be Operated By The Consignee And The Supplier Will Be Bound To Accept The Camc Contract Rate Against This Tender/Po.
