Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Catering Service Similar Category Catering Service (Duration Based) 1.1. The contractor shall manage and operate the mess facilities at the Government of India Institution as per the terms and conditions specified in this document. 1.2. The contractor shall ensure hygienic preparation and service of meals to the students, staff, and authorized personnel of the institution. 1.3. The contractor shall procure raw materials, consumables, and other necessary items at their own cost while maintaining the required quality standards. 1.4. It is the Caterers responsibility to ensure the quality and quantity of food, under hygienic conditions, as per the menu card approved by ICM. The Caterer should also ensure that food is served as per the time schedule approved by the ICM. 1.5. On an average around 100/250 participants per month will be attending the course The cost of catering charges will be calculated per day per trainee basis. 1.6. The ICM will make payment of boarding charges only on completion of each and every training programme subject to the submission of error free invoice by the contractor. 1.7. The Caterer should effect a reduction in the bill for participants who prefer to Avail the week-end holidays /other types of leave during the training. 1.8. The Caterer should arrange to provide Dinner for the participants who come to Attend the training programme one day earlier and for such provisions he can Claim the charges from the participants. 1.9. For preparation of any food items which require special oven other than the equipment’s available at the Hostel the Caterer will have to take care of such requirements. 1.10. The Director of ICM and the Hostel Warden are having the right to change the menu as and when required. 1.11. The Caterer is not permitted to cook food and transport the food items for external clients and outsiders should not be served food at ICM Mess Total Quantity :
