    Tender For Renewal Of Daswari Umti Se Khirkhand Panchayat Bhawan Tak Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregateof specifie size to water boundmacadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing,Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 knin stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming screening material type B 11.2mm s/aggt to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityas per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface, cleaned with hydraulic broom .Technical Specification Clause 503. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm Aggregates bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared baseincluding mixing in a suitable plant/mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per .Technical Specification Clause 508. 4 Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-C as per technical specification Clause 510. 5 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from barrow pits with all lead and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2as per TS clause 303.1.
