Supply And Installation Of 2 Nos. File Compactors; 1 MOBILE STORAGE SYSTEM Manually operated &mechanically assisted mobile racks sliding smoothly & effortlessly on a pair of rails & providing maximum storage capacity by compaction.  BASE FRAME: Base frame or movable trolley shall be fabricated in channel type of minimum 2.5mm thick HR sheet. Size of C Channel is 24mmX89mmX36mm.  GUIDE RAILS : The guide rails shall be made out of 28mm round bright bar paced within Track size of 1250mm x 155mm x 1.5mm thick which will be above the floor and as per the international standard of safety. Also provide slopes on both sides of the track. Also provide bright square bar track as per costumer requirement on extra cost basis.  EPOXY LIQUID PAINT: Provide standard synthetic black epoxy spray paint for base frame trolley. 2 SUPERSTRUCTURE  Super structure of the mobile storage system will consist of knock down type panels. Below are the components which acts as the integral part of the system.  SHELVES: Shelves shall be made out of 0.8 mm thick C.R.C.A. quality steel having 8 folds each& it designed to carry a U.D.L. of 80kgs.  TOP: Top shall be made out of 0.7 mm thick C.R.C.A. quality steel having 8 folds each.  BOTTOM: Bottom shall be made out of 0.7 mm thick C.R.C.A. quality steel having 8 folds each.  SIDE PANEL: Side panel shall be made out of 0.8 mm thick C.R.C.A. prime quality steel and designed to take the load of shelves on nut-bolts arrangement.  DRIVE COVER BOX: Made out of 0.8 mm thick C.R.C.A. prime quality steel to cover the entire drive mechanism.  CENTRE PARTITION: The center partition will comprise of a full C.R.C.A. prime quality 0.7 mm sheet. For single face mobile compactor we provide special back cover of 0.8 mm.  CENTRAL LOCKING: System will be provided with centralized locking arrangement on the last unit when all units are brought together, central lock when operated gets locked with the floor & does not allow access to the units.  DRIVE MECHANISM: Provide sprocket chain drive mechanism along with MS handle and Spoke handle as per customer requirement.  ANTI-TOPPLING ROD: The Anti-Toppling Rod provided as per requirement for safety precautions.  POWDER COATING: All material pre-treated with 7 tank process. Provide standard shade like Siemens Grey for body & VIP blue for drive cover box.  INDEXING ARRANGEMENT: Self-sticking card holders provided on the front panel for easy identification & retrieval. 3 Double Face Mobile - 28 nos 3000H x 2340W x 630D 4 Single Face Mobile - 4 nos 3000H x 2340W x 457D 5 Double Face Fixed - 2 nos 3000H x 2340W x 630D
