Tender For Arc Leakage Works Khairthal - ARC of mtc of pipelines irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of bursts and leakages pollution control, survey and removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections of various schemes for sub division Khairthal under Division Bhiwadi NCR Sl. No. Item Description 1 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe lineup to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 2 In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 3 50/63/75 mm 4 80/90mm 5 100/110mm 6 125/140mm 7 150/160/180mm 8 Add on above item no. 1.1.1 for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 15% 9 50/63/75 mm 10 80/90mm 11 100/110mm 12 125/140mm 13 150/160/180mm 14 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and thenrefilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 15 In all type Soil 16 80mm 17 100mm 18 Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) 19 In all type Soil 20 80 mm 21 100 mm 22 125 mm 23 150 mm 24 Add on above item for C.C. Road.Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 25 80 mm 26 100 mm 27 125 mm 28 150 mm 29 Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and otherby manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/uPVC pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. Rates for per pit. 30 In all type Soil 31 90/80 mm 32 110/100 mm 33 Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and otherby manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. Rates for per pit. 34 In all type Soil 35 80 mm 36 100 mm 37 Disconnection of water connection from existing pipe line in all type of soils up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work, with cutting of service line and refixing of clamp revolving it 180 degreethen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour. 38 Removal of sluice valve in existing pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 39 In all type Soil 40 80 mm dia pipe to 100mm 41 Work of Inter Connection in AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). 42 In all type Soil 43 80 mm to 110 mm 44 125 mm to 165 mm 45 Work of Inter Connection in di pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). 46 In all type Soil 47 80 mm to 110 mm 48 125 mm to 165 mm 49 Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers 50 Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours 51 Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollutiononexisting distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe linesup to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line byfixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. The rate includes all labour charges to complete the work for pipe size 52 In all type Soil 53 80-110 mm 54 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
