No. Item Description 1 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe lineup to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 2 In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 3 50/63/75 mm 4 80/90mm 5 100/110mm 6 125/140mm 7 150/160/180mm 8 150/160/180mm 9 Add on above item no. 1.1.1 for C.C. Road. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 15% 50 Removal of sluice valve in existing pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 51 In all type Soil 52 80 mm dia pipe to 100mm 53 125 mm dia pipe to 150mm 54 Work of Inter Connection in AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site, cutting of existing pipeline, jointing of Tee (complete) and other specials to make inter connection repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Material such as Tee/ Tee Clamp/rubber sheet/ CID joints required for inter connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). 55 In all type Soil 56 80 mm to 110 mm 57 125 mm to 165 mm 58 Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers 59 Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours 60 Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollutiononexisting distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe linesup to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line byfixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. The rate includes all labour charges to complete the work for pipe size 61 In all type Soil 62 80-110 mm 63 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
