Tender For Arc Leakage Works Bhiwadi - ARC of mtc of pipelines irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of bursts and leakages pollution control, survey and removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections of various schemes for sub division Bhiwadi under Division Bhiwadi NCR Sl. No. Item Description 1 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe lineup to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 2 In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 3 80/90mm 4 100/110mm 5 125/140mm 6 150/160/180mm 7 Add on above item no. 1.1.1 for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 15% 8 80/90mm 9 100/110mm 10 125/140mm 11 150/160/180mm 12 Minor repair of leakages such as lead caulking, plugging, clamping and ring fixing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site to make repair leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as lead wool, white hump, plugs, clamps etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) 13 In all type Soil 14 80/90mm 15 100/110mm 16 125/140mm 17 150/160/180mm 18 Add on above item no. 1.3.1 for C.C. Road.Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 19 80/90mm 20 100/110mm 21 125/140mm 22 150/160/180mm 23 Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost) 24 In all type Soil 25 80 mm 26 100 mm 27 125 mm 28 150 mm 29 Add on above item for C.C. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 15% 30 80 mm 31 100 mm 32 125 mm 33 150 mm 34 Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and otherby manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/uPVC pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. Rates for per pit. 35 In all type Soil 36 90/80 mm 37 110/100 mm 38 140/125 mm 39 180/160/150 mm 40 Add on above item for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 15% 41 90/80 mm 42 110/100 mm 43 140/125 mm 44 180/160/150 mm 45 Disconnection of water connection from existing pipe line in all type of soils up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work, with cutting of service line and refixing of clamp revolving it 180 degreethen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour. 46 Add on above item for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 15% 47 Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers 48 Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours 49 Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollutiononexisting distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe linesup to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line byfixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. The rate includes all labour charges to complete the work for pipe size 50 In all type Soil 51 80-110 mm 52 125-165 mm 53 Add on above item no. 1.3.1 for C.C. Road.Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC cutter Machine only. 54 80-110 mm 55 125-165 mm 56 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
