Tender For Arc Leakage Work Tapukara Under Tijara - ARC of mtc of pipelines irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of bursts and leakages pollution control, survey and removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections of various schemes for sub division Tijara section Tapukara under Division Bhiwadi NCR Sl. No. Item Description 1 Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe lineup to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) 2 In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe 3 50/63/75 mm 4 80/90mm 5 100/110mm 6 125/140mm 7 150/160/180mm 8 200/225 mm 9 250/280mm 10 Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and otherby manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/uPVC pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of required material from store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. Rates for per pit. 11 In all type Soil 12 75mm 13 90/80 mm 14 110/100 mm 15 Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers 16 Survey of the locality of polluted water supply for preliminary assessment of source of pollution during supply hours 17 Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollutiononexisting distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe linesup to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line byfixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof andthen refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. The rate includes all labour charges to complete the work for pipe size 18 In all type Soil 19 50-75 mm 20 80-110 mm 21 Restoration of cement concreteroad including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compactingcement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction ofengineer incharge.The rate includes the makingof pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
