Supply & Installation of Submersible Pumping Machinery for Tube well No.-2 at ANKHONA Water Supply Scheme [ BLOCK- Ketugram-I ] under CMD, PHE Dte., Dist.- Purba-Bardhaman.- 1 PART-A : Supply and installation of pumping machinery and other allied works 2 Supply & delivery of the following Pumping machinery, Electrical accessories etc. at site.a) Submersible Pumping Machinery, directly coupled with suitable size water proof motor having following specifications.P U M PDISCHARGE : 28 M3/H H E A D : 75 mtr.S H A F T. : Stainless Steel.OUTLET SIZE. :65/75/100 mm.PUMP EFFICIENCY IN PERCENTAGE: Minimum 65.M O T O R-Submersible type, 3ph. 50Hz, A.C.- 400Volt +10%,wet type winding, RPM-2900.Make-KSB/TEXMO/Approved Make )N.B.;- (I) H/Q Characteristic Curve of pump set should be submitted before delivery. (II) Test certificate of pump & motor should be submitted during delivery & G.C. 3 1.1 KV grade 4 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. 4 Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and specials etc at site: 5 3 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 6 1.5 mtr long 80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded and one end side socketed with registered KPMG. 7 80mm dia. CI Top & bottom adopter 8 3 dia. X 5 ft long M.S. (7.1 mm Thick) Column pipe having both side 11 TPI Thread and Socket. 9 Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers . 10 80mm dia. Non-rising spindle sluice valve (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS14846 for wash out and delivry line, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 11 80mm dia. N.R.V (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS5312, Make: IVI/Jupiter/Cair/approved make. MOC & TC needed for valve. 12 CIDF 90°bend-1no., CI flanged tee-1no. blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr. -1 no. et cas required (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 13 Heavy type 250mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 14 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (Make- H.Guru) 15 Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. 16 i) For Dia of 250mm. 17 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 18 Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm)protection for submersible cable from kiox box to Submersible pumpincluding supply of all specials and complete the job. 19 Installation of above pump motor, valves and specialsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets and power line connection to the existing Panel, etc as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 20 Making brick pillar supporting pipe line (10 x10x 4ft/ Suitable height) by first class brick work with plaster & net cement punning complete including earth cutting, supply necessary materials, ramming as per direction of EIC. 21 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 22 Supply & delivery of moulded Chair as per directon of ElC. 23 Supply & delivery of moulded table as per directon of ElC. 24 Trial run as per departmental operation & guarding by engaging skilled operating personnel for 3 Months.[1 Operator at each pump house.]. 25 Add. GST@18% 26 Add. Cess@1%
