Tender For Selection of Agency for Social Media work undr IEC Component-1 All responsibilities related to creation/management/updation of all social media platforms of the committee Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube. Page/post promotion (organic and boosted), reviewing comments/messages coming on the post/page and blocking/deleting inappropriate activities/messages/providing information/reply related to legitimate messages/taking other actions. 2 Preparing information education communication material for social media such as infographics, multimedia messages, GIFs, video messages etc. and uploading minimum 25 messages/per month on each social media platform after getting approval from the competent officer of the committee. 3 Boosting important messages (both Organic and Paid) Rate per social media should be mentioned as youtube 4 Boosting important messages (both Organic and Paid) Rate per social media should be mentioned as twitter 5 Boosting important messages (both Organic and Paid) Rate per social media should be mentioned as facebook 6 Boosting important messages (both Organic and Paid) Rate per social media should be mentioned as instagram 7 Preparing and uploading minimum 10 to 15 posts (with photos) every month related to the state and district level/ field activities of the committee. 8 Broadcast state level events/ other programs live on Facebook and YouTube from time to time as per the requirement of the office. Ensuring pre-broadcast information promotion etc. 9 Organizing interactive and participatory interesting activities on social media platforms, so that youth participation can be increased. 10 Organizing interactive and participatory interesting activities on social media platforms. 11 Empanelling Social Media Influencers for MPSACS, assisting in necessary action related to setting norms for their payment/fees etc., coordinating with empanelled influencers to get messages for social media platforms etc.
