Stona 2025 Banglore International Exhibition Centre Banglore - 1-BIDs are invited by Rural Non-Farm Development Agency (RUDA) for organizing RUDA/ Pavilion in Stona-2025 at Bangalore from renowned, reputed and experienced firms for the following works. Brief particulars of procurement are given below:- (A) Indoor Stall: HALL-3 Size: 27 Sq.mtrs. (B) Stall: Outdoor Shilpgram Size: approx 9 Sq.mtrs. Scope of Work: Services of Professional Designer in preparing layout and display designs Stall interior decoration with required infrastructure as per given design. Wooden Carpentry work • Display props/Shelves Display racks/showcase Tables & Chairs (apart from provided by organizers) • Design and development of flex banners/sun Boards for display in stalls.(3 in each stall as per design & requirement) Laptop with Plasma TV/LED • Two professional volunteers Display lights 20 nos. Photography & Videography Planters & Bouquets Refreshments for VIPs and visitors Facility of Plumber and Electrician > Electricity and water consumption Stay facility for about 11-13 artisans for 8 days in moderately good place in Bangalore. Hotel room range for artisans Rs. 600-800 per day. To and fro air fare of two coordinators and stay facility (3 to 4 officials). Daily local transportation facility for artisans from stay place to fair venue and vice versa. Transportation of goods of artisans by medium size truck (collection of material from different clusters and transportation to fair venue Bangalore and back to cluster location) Truck capacity about 9-12 tones (Including Toll Tex etc.) Loading and unloading of artisans goods at their cluster and at fair venue using manual labour and crane, if required One taxi for RUDA officials for fair period (10-16 Feb 2025) ➤ Raw material including plumber items, electrical wire accessories; and any other small raw material as per need.
