Dismantling the engine and removing the damaged/ worn out parts. P/f of cylinder lining-4Nos., Piston assembly along with piston rings-4Nos. P/f of big end and small end bearings to the connecting rod, gudgeon pin-4Nos., connecting rod bolts along with nut 8Nos. P/f of crank bearing, head gasket along with complete gasket set. P/f of timing gear set along with oil seal. P/f of inlet and outlet valves along with valve guide 08Nos. P/f of circlip-1set, exhaust valve 4Nos. along with springs. P/f of camshaft bush and cam shaft bearing, rocker arm. P/f of fly wheel ring, complete water body assembly .The job also includes grinding of crank shaft to the required size, fitment of new cylinder liner, setting of crank shaft for free rotation , line boring of cylinder block& fitting of cylinder lining, grinding of cam shaft bush ,fitment of cam shaft, grinding of valve & valve seat to match each other, fitment of valve guides , facing of cylinder head,fitment of small end bush to connecting rod, P/f of oil filter-1 no., fuel filter set-1no., high pressure injector pipe-4 nos., fuel pipe main (fuel tank to feed pump)-01no.,fuel pipe main (feed pump to filter)-01no.,fuel pipe( filter to FIP pump) -01no., fuel pipe return (FIP to fuel tank)-01no.,pipe oil pressure-01no.,oil pressure gauge -01no., water temp. gauge-1 no., fan belt-1 no. Complete assembling of the engine with new parts, testing it and mounting on the machine.
