Providing water stall with all accessories, Deployment of personnel for distribution of water pouches around Kapilmuni Temple ,K2 Busstandat different Kiosk and allied works in connection with Maghipurnima-2025in continuation of GS Mela 2025-2 Providing octonal on hire basis along with chair, table and dust bin etc inlcuiding storage of water pouches. This cost includes charges for keeping the octonal cleane & dismantling the structure after completion of Mela. For 4 days 3 Main Island K2 Bus Stand 4 Kapilmuni Temple 5 Deployment of labours for distribution of water pouches & allied works at differeent Kisok in connection with with Maghipurnima-2025.for 4 days [4 days x 2 Nos x 3 shift] x 2 sets 6 Main Island K2 Bus Stand 7 Kapilmuni Temple 8 Carrying of drinking water pouches from Pond No 2 MTU to different places including filling of 100 nos pouch in each gunny bag and stitching and loading , unloading complete by hiring diesel vehicle as per direction of EIC [ This cost included, hiring of vehicle, fuel & mobil cost labour cost and cost of driver and helper 9 Main Island K2 Bus Stand 10 Kapilmuni Temple 11 PA System - Kapilmuni Temple , Road no. 1 ,1A & 2 ,3 , 4,5 and adjacent area- 12 Providing on hire basics microphone with stand & necessary cable for connection & dismantling after the function.for 4 days 13 Providing on hire basics 300W Amplifier set complete & dismantling after the function. for4 days 14 Providing on hire basics standing speaker/ horn& Dismantling after the function & dismantling after the function. for 4 days 15 Providing on hire basics cordless Microphones & Dismantling after the Function for 4 days 16 Providing on hire basics drawing of twin core cable for connectionof speaker & dismantlingafter the function. for 4 days 17 Providing on hire basics staff/Technician for entire PA system as & when required round the clock. for 4 days [ 1 no. per shift x 3 shift x 7 locations x 4 days ]
