Deployment of Tata T.19 ultra / Equivalent Model Hydraullic operated truck mounted Multi utility vehicle with mist canon at our Kirandul plant for Road Cleaning and dust supression purpose in Plant Premises. 2. Road flushing machine customisation to be done in line with site requirement and pressuring setting and nozzle pipe orientation facilities to be provided. Front sprinkler for road washing. Rear sprinkler for dust suppression. Both side sprinkler for divider cleaning / wide coverage. Water discharge of pump for road sprinkling400 LPM @ 8-10 bar pressure 3. Mist Canon set up at backside of the truck to facilitate mobile dust supression at Material yard, Tails storage yard at 50 meters throw range with Horizontal oscillation 0 to180 Degree (Automatic). Water discharge of pump for mist cannon with 70-100 LPM @ 40 bar pressure 4. Handhold nozzle with hose pipe for structure / trees washing 5. Tanker Capicity 9 KL 6. Diesel/ HSD under AM/NS scope @ 0.67 Liters Per K.M 7. Trained Operator and driver to be available for road flushing operation. 8. Necessary consumables, Spares Parts etc under contractor scope. Machine should be in good working condition. 9. Working days 26 days in a month with 8 hrs of operation a day. 10. Accommodation, Food and Local Conveyance for Operators <(>&<)> Supervisor is under Contractors Scope Only 11. Mobilization <(>&<)> Demobilization is under Contractors Scope only Terms and Conditions:- 1. If machine is unavailable due to break down/operator unavailability, deduction will be made on pro rate basis. If alternate equivalent capacity machine is arranged by the contractor deduction will not be considered. 2. Machine should be in good working condition <(>&<)> All C.G Norms to be strictly followed 3. Operator/driver should have applicable HMV valid license as per the Govt Norms of CG 4. Safety measures for Operator (PPE) <(>&<)> Equipment (road safety, brake system, reverse horn) to be taken care by the contractor 5. Safety Induction Training shall be provided by AMNS Safety Officer before start of the job at site. 6. Contractor should follow SAFETY Instructions and adhere to SAFETY POLICY of AMNS and comply FPS guidelines of AMNS 7. Operators must be Medically Fit <(>&<)> Fitness Certificate to be submitted to AMNS 8. Insurance of Men and Machinery under Contractor Scope. 9. Job to be executed as per directive of AMNS Site In charge. 10. C.G Statutory norms to be duly fulfilled and GST Returns to be filed appropriately. 11. PF <(>&<)> ESI details to be furnished to AMNS
