    Tender For Grit wash work on park wall in front of ward-47 shastri nagar a-block no-165. - Dismantling existing plaster includingdisposalof refuseas directedby theEngineer-in-charge within a distance of 60metre (200 feet). 2 First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etcall completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a) 3 Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metreabove ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer withscratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg ofcement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2(1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size),in panels with groove all aroundasperapproved pattern, includingscrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to exposethe stone chippings ,complete asperspecification and direction ofEngineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be madeseparately). 4 M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.PWD SOR 2022 10.21. 5 S/L C:C (1:2:4) with 20 mm stone grit, coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 279 ( a).
