Tender For Pitch construction work from Gumnari Catholia village to Chhabilha village under development block Bankati - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20 ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80 ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m(5 ) lift and 30m(100 ) lead. This work also includes 1 Km cartage and Complete work as per directed by the E/I. As per SI No. 253 (With 1 Km Cartage) 2 GSB Grade-1Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material in widening portion and compacted thickness 12.50cm spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 and as per direction of E/I. 3 WBM G-2Providing and laying in width 3.75m and compacted thickness 7.50cm spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading -2. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 405 (2) and as per direction of E/I. 4 WBM G-3 - Providing and laying in width 3.75m and compacted thickness 7.50cm spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity. (4.50) deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labour,T&P etc.complete. complete as per PWD detailed specification No.-20.15 as per SOR No-765 6 Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg / sqm using mechanical means. Complete work as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD 7 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepaired bituminous surfacecleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 MORD 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumen VG-10 to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Mixall (By Manual Means)laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per MORD Techincal Specification clause 508. 9 Providing and laying seal coat type C (By manual means) comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of 6.7mm size grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne KN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 510 and as per direction of E/I. 10 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20 ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80 ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m(5 ) lift and 30m(100 ) lead.
