Tender For Business Plan 2024-25 (Part-2) Work Various Work Of Installation Of 11 Kv Rmu Under Business Plan 2024-25 (Part-2) On Semi Turn Key Basis. - EDCA-08/2024-25 (Various work of installation of 11 KV RMU under Buisness Plan 2024-25 (Part-II) on Semi Turn-Key Basis.) - Safe carriage of following materials from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca roadincluding the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends, also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work as per RESPO Norms. 2 Earthing Road Complete 3 3X185 Sq.mm. 11 KV XLPE Cable 4 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit 3x185 I/D 5 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit 3x185 O/D 6 Supply and installation of RMUs as per technical specification of RMU:- 7 11 KV RMU 3 WAY (upto 3000 KVA) 8 Clamp for pole 9 Dropper Channal with clamp 10 Erection, Grouting, Plinthing & Painting of 11 KV RMU including of all material, labour, carrier and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work own his cost of contractor as per technical specification of RMU. 11 PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ABOVE RMUs (With including supply of all material, labour, carrier and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per technical specification of RMU). AS PER FOLLOWING :- 12 Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe typeproper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for RMUsF installed at Above 33/11 KV Substation. 13 FABRICATION & ERECTION OF FENCING AND CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALL AROUNDOF RMUincluding supply of all material, labour, carrier and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per technical specification of RMU.
